Job Theme:

 

We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager / Specialist to join our India team and work with us who has knowledge and interest towards Business Development and Executive Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a 360° understanding of ​Yobitel’s product and service offerings, customer categories and competitors

  • Understand, Evaluate/Analyse and identify different categories of service needs to meet account/program objectives in European & Gulf Markets.

  • Designing, Planning, assessment and developing the programs liaising with industry experts.

  • Monitor competitors’ activity globally. Stay updated about price points, new products/offerings launched

  • Stay updated on market developments that may have a direct impact on the business initiatives by existing and/or target customers.

  • Thoroughly understand and implement the Sales Playbook - A sales guide created by Business Team. This includes whom to reach out to, the sales pitch, and the mailers among other things. Notify the Business Team if anything is missing/not working out and needs to be updated.

  • Prioritise customers on the basis of relevance of their use case, sales conversion ratios, potential market size , engagement with Yobitel’s marketing initiatives etc

  • Ensure all leads are reached out in timely fashion. Plan for contingencies such as Lead owner on leave, more leads assigned to a person than he can handle, multiple owners of a lead etc

  • You will be individually assigned accounts as well which you will be required to close and You will be responsible for the closures of your team as well.

  • Participate in reviewing the training SOPs and updating the same.

  • Responsible for an assessment of client training requests and implementation.

  • Research and experiment of new processes/systems to improve program function.

  • Working closely with marketing team to satisfy the goals of Business development process Evolve Sales Playbook after understanding latest global practices, feedback from the BD team, interaction with the customers, past experience etc.

  • Listen attentively to customer need and guiding them in right direction according to company's plan.

  • Develop and deliver service straegies on account issues/areas recommended by the Client in e-mails/conference calls, direct visits and to participate in all relevant client calls.

  • Analyse customer satisfaction reports and quality reports periodically with to identify the business continuity needs.

  • Provide continuous improvement to all service levels and assist in effectiveness of all costs processes and supervise all vendor policies and programs for all Cloud and IT Infrastructure services.

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with our customers to create and drive your sales pipeline and by developing a core understanding of our unique business needs and promoting in the market.

  • Leads to be generated through references, Cold Calling and other resources by guiding the tele-callers and Follow-up Sales Leads.

  • Present services offered and Solutions to the Prospective customer, understand Customer needs, Requirements and Prepare Presentations, Proposals, and Quotations etc.

  • Will travel to client places for meetings-presentations, negotiations, closing deal.

  • Invoice generation and payment status tracking and updating weekly payment records to the Management.

  • Will be responsible for planning partly the administrative services of the company.

Required Experience, Skills:

Proven ability to sell IP-based / Cloud Technologies and IT Infrastructure services.

Business development, Sales, CRM, Pre-Sales, Lead generation in Cloud and IT Infrastructure Training Industries.

 

Qualification: Any Masters Degree in Business recommended.

Benefits: Bonus + Sales Incentives + Travel + Accommodation (outside base location)

Salary: ₹300,000.00 to ₹560,000.00 /year
