Job Theme:

We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist / Human Resource Manager in our India Location who have a qualified experience to work in talent delivery and acquisition for IT Infrastructure environment.   

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate business leaders in defining, developing and executing local people plans that support the achievement of the business strategy. Ensures that People plans across Information Technology industries are integrated with wider HR strategy, policies & priorities.

  • Be an expert in all things HR products, understand the competition and the tech market relating to HR, Onboarding and background checking software.

  • Work closely with the Technology Officer to ensure coherence in service mapping and strategy, Report directly to board of Directors and be a key influencer in the future direction of team enhancements.

  • Key focus areas will include driving organisational design & effectiveness, team performance management, talent management, diversity, and building leadership capabilities.

  • Advocates & supports the use of the HR operating model, acting as role model and facilitator to ensure business areas adhere to, and HR deliver to agreed service.

  • Creates a highly motivated, customer-engaged team focused on delivering effective business solutions.

  • Develops and organises the HR & Payroll Systems team to deliver business requirements.

  • On Boarding candidates on measured timeline in relevant technologies for local and international locations and smoothing the transition.

  • Maintains operational documentation, candidate portfolios up to date and to update the portfolios every quarter meeting the technical requirements.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

  • Excellent understanding of HR processes and systems

  • Experience of HR & Payroll systems used within the IT and Software Industry would be an advantage

  • Positive, enthusiastic and flexible approach, able to delegate and prioritise effectively.

  • Motivated individual with demonstrable desire to lead HR function and Confident- able to be present at C Level meetings.

  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, capable of building strong, productive relationships at all levels of the organisation.

  • Experience of working in a large, complex organisation (ideally with a matrix structure) and influencing (at all levels) to ensure business needs and the overarching business strategy and objectives are seamlessly linked.

Salary:

INR 3,00,000 - INR 6,00,000 depends on experience + Promotion Bonus.
